NarAnon

A 12-Step Program for Family and Friends of Drug Addicts

NarAnon provided me with the tools and support I needed to navigate the alternate world of drug addiction, where up is down, right is left, and what seems like the most commonsense thing to do can be the worst thing. Breakthrough for Men

A nonprofit organization, unaffiliated with any religion, that provides workshops, seminars, and a community of personal growth and support for men.

If I simply trust and surrender to the path in front of me it will lead me where I need to go.

Camino Guides

Website for Camino guidebooks and resources with an emphasis on the inner journey.

The guidebook I used on the Camino, A Pilgrim’s Guide to the Camino de Santiago (Camino Francés): St. Jean Pied de Port • Santiago de Compostela written by John Brierley, was indispensable. It simplified the entire journey into a manageable daily plan, while encouraging flexibility, discovery, and inner reflection. The website provides multiple guidebooks based on the route chosen, and plenty of resources on how to prepare.
